  • Generate AI-powered opportunity analyses and proposal drafts using Google Gemini AI.
  • Personalize your experience and deliver content relevant to your business.

Your data is stored in Google Firebase (Firestore and Firebase Storage), which provides enterprise-grade security and compliance. We implement appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect your personal information against unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure, or destruction.

We use the following third-party services to operate the application:

  • Google Firebase: Authentication, database, and file storage.
  • Google Gemini AI: AI-powered document analysis and proposal generation. Document content you upload may be processed by Gemini AI APIs.
  • SAM.gov API: Federal contract opportunity data (subject to SAM.gov's own privacy policy).

6. Data Retention

We retain your data for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide services. You may request deletion of your account and associated data by contacting us through our Help & Contact page.

7. Multi-Tenant Data Isolation

If you use the application as part of an organization (tenant), your data is logically isolated from other organizations. Organization administrators can view and manage data within their tenant. Platform administrators may access data across tenants for operational and support purposes.

  • Request correction of inaccurate data.
  • Request deletion of your data.
